

Jeff House has taught for over twenty-five years in public and private schools. An AP reader and lecturer, Jeff has instructed hundreds of secondary level teachers on writing techniques, providing seminars in the twelve western states for over a decade. In addition to his Saturday and week-long College Board lectures, Jeff has addressed AVID, CATE, NCTE and NAIS audiences and is currently a consultant for the San Jose Area Writer's Project. His published work includes award-winning student publications and articles in a variety of periodicals, including English Journal. In spring of 2006 Christopher-Gordon Publishers, Inc. released Writing is Dialogue: Teaching Students to Think (and Write) Like Writers, Jeff’s collection of methodologies, lessons, research, essays, and student samples.
